Welcome to the Image Makers of Cairns website.

The Image Makers of Cairns recently opened its doors in March 2005 specialising in Wedding, Portraiture and Corporate & Event Photography.

The doors were opened by the companies Head Photographer Robert Kellett, who has brought to the company over 22 years of photographic experience including wedding and event photography on the various famous Queensland Whitsunday Islands and in and around Far North Queensland's Cairns and Port Douglas regions.

Weddings
In the Whitsunday's alone Robert has photographed over 2000 happy wedding couples in just 8 years! Including photographing on average 200 wedding couples a year for the 5 years he was the preferred Wedding Photographer for the well known five star Hayman Island.

Roberts approach to his wedding photography is that which is not rigid or composed but is yet contemporary and spontaneous. The story is told and the canvas painted as you walk, talk, laugh and enjoy the moment. Every photograph capturing those lasting memories for you to share for years to come.

Portraiture
Whether it be for fashion, modelling or perhaps a family portrait. Robert can photograph you inside the comforts of our new age centrally located studio, or outside in our themed yard where you can get a mixture or photos with different backdrops. Perhaps a laid back beach shot is more your style, this too can be done!
